Mission Statement

The Way Church began with the mindset of serving like Jesus did. We established our serving model by ministering to our local homeless community and jails in Knoxville and Sevierville, Tennessee.

The Way Church began without a formal place to worship, funding, or backing from any earthly source. We have kept our mission simple and easy to follow by listening to the words Christ gave us.

Matthew 25:35-36

"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me."

We exist to show people the exceeding riches of His grace and kindness toward everyone in Christ Jesus.
